Positives: I was very disappointed that when we arrived this hotel had been closed for two years this caused stress and anxiety for myself and my Austistic grand daughter. we were left stranded having to find alternative accommodation at more money which I had not budgeted for I have tried to call several times ti discuss this but cannot get through could you please call me on 07757306695 to discuss and to confirm my other booking I have in June exists as I have lost my faith in booking.com many thanks
