Positives: The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and professional when we checked in. Email communication was very prompt. We stay at alot of motel 6s . This one was clean, didn't smell, didn't have insects, and was friendly.

Negatives: The pool wasn't heated, which would be nice to mention when reserving as I went and bought swim wear for the kids only to find that the water was freezing.

Negatives: There was absolutely no hot water in our room, the staff was rude and then took forever to come check it out and make sure i wasn't lying about it. Then they switched us to a different room but it was on the second floor and my fiancee is handicap and still only gave us half off the room for 1 night when it should have been a free stay.
