Entering and exiting the driveway of the property is a bit frustrating. We didn't like the fact that the front my camry would scrape the pavement every time because the driveway is so steep!

The hotel is in a nice, convenient location to the beach. The hotel is clean & comfortable and includes a full kitchen w/amenities. Plenty of parking (may had been due to low attendance).

Lobby staff is unattentative. Breakfast is no longer and a pool would had been nice.

Perfect weekend getaway
Positives:
There was no breakfast. No pool or spa. Main road right beside hotel. Coffee undrinkable. Checkout on room wall said noon, it was 11am. I found it odd that I had to pay $200.00 deposit as well as pay daily fee of $36.00 per dog??? Will not return. It was only one step up from Motel 6.

Elevator was broken, lobby bathrooms were broken, bedroom door didn’t close properly and let in all kinds of noise and light. Ice machine was down. No breakfast. No creamer for coffee except powder crap.

They present themselves as pet friendly but charge $38 each for both pets and service dogs. I told the receptionist that this is illegal under the ADA and was told “I understand you are upset, but this is the managers policy”. They are literally violating federal law
