We did booked the the hotel for the pool for the kids to enjoy it on mean time that I'm at work but it was broken and the water was so so freezing Also the side door to access to the parking for my car some times is working some times is not Also we didn't get on the 1st day the house keeping until we asked for it Also i couldn't benefit with the free drink that was offered for as it always saying it too late but the time was giving i was at work i did asked for it and they refuse it
