We did booked the the hotel for the pool for the kids to enjoy it on mean time that I'm at work but it was broken and the water was so so freezing
Also the side door to access to the parking for my car some times is working some times is not
Also we didn't get on the 1st day the house keeping until we asked for it
Also i couldn't benefit with the free drink that was offered for as it always saying it too late but the time was giving i was at work i did asked for it and they refuse it

One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Everything about it was exceptional. Very easy to get to from the freeway. Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was fantastic. Breakfast was above and beyond our expectations--they make omelets to your specification!!
Negatives:
Nothing I can think of...I'm just sorry we couldn't stay longer!

We stayed in the bedroom that had 2 queens and a fold out sofa bed. Everything was clean, we had enough towels, the free breakfast in the morning was decent . Bed was ok , shower amenities were nice since i had forgotten my body wash,.

The beds comfort level would be an 8. Not bad but not the best.
