Positives: 24-hour coffee was good, and they comped us for the lack of hot water and making us move rooms; the location is convenient.

Negatives: No hot water in the shower, the gym weights were missing 80% of the dumbbells, and only 1 of 3 exercise machines actually turned on; they don't clean daily due to COVID-19 (that was like four years ago!), and multiple requests for cleaning, blankets, and checking the hot water were simply ignored after being there for 3 days.

Positives: What you would expect of a La Quinta. Bit dated, but good enough for a night. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Negatives: The air conditioning would only go to like 68, which was frustrating. It was hotter/humid than desired in the room.
