I have always enjoyed staying at this location. This was our 4th time. The rooms size is great.bed is comfortable.

Unfortunately our AC didnt cool the room down. We found out in the morning that the fridge did not work and all our items were spoiled. At the complimentary breakfast most items were empty and not refilled until Lee were heading back up to the room.

Yes, when we were eating breakfast, I was approached by a staff member about being a member of Hilton Honors and what I had won. I knew that I had not really won anything and only being solicited. My family and I could not eat our breakfast in peace!

$29.00 a day to park if you can find it, not included in room rate. Ice makers on multiple floors did not work. Toilet ran every 20 minutes. Took 5+ minutes for hot water in the sink. Low shower water pressure. No Do Not Disturb sign. $15.00 WIFI per day.

The wall heater fell off of the wall and knocked me to the floor and hit my head. The reimbursed me for one night. I filled out an incident report and was told that someone will contact me.

Our hotel room was dirty we asked kindly for hand soap since it did not have any they never gave us some .the sheets were dirty . They kept over charging us in the front desk pulling money out when i had already paid my hotel room . There was stuff in the fridge of other guest also the waters were used ! Do not stay here you will get scammed
