Good location. Breakfast was nice.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn’t early enough on Saturday for an early morning graduation ceremony at Chapman.
When we got in our room our carpet was soaking wet and we had to move rooms. Inconvenient. Ended up leaving some things in wet room and by the time I realized it, that room was rented out (still with wet carpet) so it was a challenge to get my things back
Sleeper sofa very uncomfortable…both as a bed and even as a sofa to sit on. Extremely hard

Positives:
Complimentary breakfast and evening beverages.
Negatives:
Lack of cleanliness. Master suite light fixture was broken causing continuous blinking at night; asked staff to have this issue fix however it remained an issue throughout the stay. AC/Heater metal casing closure fell onto a luggage revealing dirty and unchanged filters. Only one working elevator causing inconveniences.
