The room was overpriced and the included breakfast was a coffee and a breakfast bar, not exactly what I would call breakfast, it was more of a snack.

It's in the perfect location. Close proximity to a Movie Theater and Various restaurants. The Hotel is also close to the freeways in any direction. But, most of all have an amazing staff from the Manager Kyle, FD staffs, Andrew, Cynthia and Jasmine.

we weren’t given the room we paid for. we wanted a queen bed and ended up with two full size beds. this room wasn’t even clean. the bathroom had hair all over it crumbs on the counter and we didn’t have ANY of the kitchenette supplies that were guaranteed

And how your facility is pet friendly.
Negatives:
I rented three rooms. One of the room’s was clean, the second room had a dead cockroach in the window frame, the third room had trash from the previous occupants in the trash can, had opened and used soap from previous occupants and lastly the water from the bathtub kept on running the whole time I was there.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was no coffee pot even though I called the day before requesting one. I could not sign into the wifi. The sink backed up, no need skirt, and the bottom drawers barly opened.
