I prepaid for the room. I paid for a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch. What I received was a one bedroom and a pull out couch. When I discovered the error, I went to the front desk to let them know. I was told that the room I paid for my room was not available. It was given to someone who arrived earlier. The desk clerk was not pleasant. She didn’t say I’m sorry or anything like that, she stated she would refund our $$ and we could look for something else.
Besides not having the room I paid for, there were not any sheets for the pullout and only 2 towels. Of course, there wasn’t anyone to bring them to us. We had to go get them.

The room was very comfortable. The pool was clean and towels were plentiful.
Negatives:
The carpet in our (room 262) needs to be replaced...definitely worn out. Also, nice to have water/coffee/tea available in the lobby, however, it needs to be better attended. They ran out of cups in the late afternoon and no coffee available Sunday morning...only at breakfast, which I didn't partake.

The pool was nice. The front desk people were very polite nice.

The room was dirty. The floors were dirty. The bathroom wall had food or something stuck to it. The bathtub was dirty. There was gum stuck to the tile very unsanitary room not happy. The bartender was not very nice to us. He was rude to my wife accused her of trying to get two glasses of wine when we just walked in very judgmental and rude to us. We won’t be back.

Their was a staff member Vanesa who works nights and apparently our AC gives out in our room at night at that I cannot sleep it’s 85 degrees in our room ! I called to see how she could help she said she couldn’t do anything it was midnight and the whole staff went home she couldn’t even accommodate a different room I have never been given attitude especially when am telling her am paying 400 dollars for what ? To be uncomfortable I couldn’t get the AC fixed till 9 am horrible !!! I had my whole family and my dog it was palm dessert !

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. From the rude desk attendant that hung up on me, ( twice) to the dirty sofa that was in the motel 7 type room, to the lack of towels and missed cleaning to the understaffed buffet. Utter disappointment!!!

The carpet was dirty, smelly and worn out. Nobody should stay in that room until they rip off the carpet and put a new floor cover. Nobody came to the room during the 4 days we were there, even though we called 3 times.

Kenny, the bartender, was the BEST! He served so many people during the free reception, all by himself. He was a 1 man show! He had the BEST attitude! He was always smiling and engaging each and every guest, while hustling to get the work done! We were so impressed with Kenny! That man deserves a pay raise!!
