1st room- leaky bathtub faucet, no hot water, no soap, mold in tub and a few items left from previous guests. Next day, moved to a new room toilet did not flush & fridge did not work. Had to toss all food!

The fresh breakfast omelet station was the only good thing about this hotel.

The rooms was outdated and grungy. The coach was stained and flat. The bed about us was so squeaky we heard it all night log. The mini forage door didnt close and had mold in the corner. Dresser drawers floated open. It was overall very dirty.

Bathroom was terrible - Peeling paint, door rotted, shampoo and body wash containers empty (asked for refill 2 days in a row and they did not do it). Came to get breakfast and serving dishes were empty (multiple times). Would never go back!

Heater in room was not working. They told us there was a broiler issue in the building. They gave us a small portable heater for the night but that was not working properly either. The breakfast was also awful.

Facility is rundown. Paint is peeling everywhere around the interior courtyard. Rooms feel dirty. Bathroom tub tiles looked like they were under construction and tub didnt drain properly. Suite had one washcloth, no cups.

The room had no heat. They gave us a space heater. That doesnt cut it. There were water stain marks on the ceiling in the bathroom. Tons of hair in the shower. They told us they couldnt move us because they were full. They were empty.

This hotel is so run down. Expected much better from and Embassy suites. I have stayed in many of them and this room was terrible
