Positives:
Very nice location Reef restaurant is very good.
Negatives:
Room was satisfactory but had a weird musty smell and we did see a roach in our room which at that point we were ready to leave. Took a very long time to check in as well as room was not ready and housekeeping was not responding to hotel check in staff.

The resort was so welcoming and inviting. Staff was polite and helpful, and excellent customer service. Parking was free, easy, and ample. The pool and gardens were beautiful!
Negatives:
The room could use a little care, had a lot of wear and tear and the floors were a bit dirty. More trash cans in the room, towels, and toilet paper would be good too, as those items were pretty limited in a 2 queen parlor suite meant for a larger party. Also, the AC unit in the bedroom area would help with the temperature inside the rooms. Ours was closer to the bathroom area, which made it difficult to keep the bedroom area cool and comfortable, considering how hot the rooms do get.

Great mid century tiki escape...
Positives:
Great theme, wonderful lighting. Love the tiki bar and pool/jacuzzi. The pillows and bed are extremely comfortable.
Negatives:
The rooms need a lot of tlc and repairs. Holes in walls, missing paint, etc. makes things look and feel dirty and run down.
Drinks are fantastic but WAY over priced. The pool needs to be bused; people left finished drinks all over the pool area with no one on staff picking it up.
