Positives:
Quirky, quaint, comfortable. Great place for a big group to meet up. The Reef and Sanchos made it easy to hang out and not have to run around looking for food. The pool and hot tub area has the perfect blend of sun and shade. Easy going vibe all around.

For the price point we paid ($---), it was very disappointing. No blankets, I was freezing the whole night, no water bottles provided, vending machines didnt work. Defective lamps, disgusting carpet, no phone charging plugs next to bed, beat up furniture

No water 1st night for hours. Rest of stay zero hot water. VERY noisy til late and poor soundproofing, no elevator. But weirdest of all cooler/heater mounted AT CEILING so couldn't figure out how to use so freezing in room!!! Left day early was miserable.

Had some things that $---/night hotels lack. It had a towel ring next to the sink. It had really big, really deep drawers. It had a mini-fridge that was empty and actually useful. It had a safe large enough to fit a laptop. Room was clean, clean, clean.
Negatives:
Walls are thin and you hear a lot of outside noise. Strangely, no clock in the room.

The pool was so lovely. Very large, clean and has such a gorgeous view of the mountains. Decked out with tiki torches and connected to the tiki bar. It's a fun place to spend the evening. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Very close to downtown and other PS attractions.

We didn't have conditioner in the bathroom.

The pool area is retro and decent. The property was well maintained but noisy as they were pressure washing and leaf blowing several days for a considerable length of time.
Negatives:
Noise, rooms need upgrades to flooring, beds and bathroom. Our friends room had mold (they got a different room).

The bar was great!! Restaurant great. Although we were told the one server got flustered and got replaced by the bar tender. Weird. Staff was so amazing. Front of the house all the way to housekeeping.

This is a motel. There were crusty stuff all over parts of the carpet. Stains loud toilet. Thin walls and floors. Back hurt from lumpy bed. Pool barely heated. So freezing. Its a shame.

It exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and hospitable, the atmosphere was cute and calm, and everything I wanted to do was within driving distance. I'm definitely going to stay here again as I felt very welcomed.

It's nobody's fault and I personally didn't mind or care but my room was on the first floor so I heard loud footsteps from the room above mine. I know other people might not like that sort of noise.
