The staff were fantastic! Andre checked us in and went above and beyond when our key card didn’t work. He got us another room right away. The property was clean, close to downtown and affordable.

They claimed breakfast, but it was only a Continental breakfast not a full breakfast with eggs sausage hash browns it was nothing but sweets which me being diabetic could not eat

The staff was excellent! Brian makes you feel right at home. Bill and all the others at the front desk were friendly. They took care of any problems promptly with consideration of my privacy, and everyone was willing to help when needed. The laundry room was clean, and the wi-fi was easy to connect to with no glitches or slowdown.
Negatives:
I would have liked the chair to recline. The refrigerator cooled unevenly. Some of my food in the fridge section was frozen. One bottle of water was frozen solid, and the one next to it was still liquid - weird. I didn’t like the placement of the mirror across from the bed. The toilet seat was weird.

Just what I needed -...
Positives:
Location was good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Towels were good. Friendly people were staying there.
Negatives:
Staff was friendly, but didn't seem to know their way around. We were on foot and wanted some simple shopping and eating places. They sent us downtown, but there was a place less than 1/4 mile away, not a mile like they said. They were obliging and let us have what we asked for, but we had to ask. Now we know how Extended Stay works and we know our way around, , we would stay again.

Positives:
I liked that the location was near all of the popular restaurants and events
Negatives:
The receptionist didn't really speak good English and was very rude. The first initial room I was given television didn't, work so when I apprised the receptionist of this she said I have to pretty much deal with it she has no other rooms when she had 15 vacant others. She finally got around to giving me another room after being very rude and belligerent with me, embarrassing me and my wife in front of two other guest. The second room she took us to already had guest staying in it that were outraged by her barging in. After that she took us to two other rooms where the television didn't work as well. After the fourth and final room the television worked but the bed was a queen instead of the original king size bed I had reservations for. After staying in this particular room I noticed the bathroom sink had mold in it just totally turning me off from this hotel

I was confirmed and pay for a studio w/2 double beds for 3 adults. When we get there to ck-in find out they gave us a room with one bed so we go and to front desk and request thst we needed a romm with 2 beds which I also paid for they said they didn’t had a room w/2 beds available so they gave ys another room that was just bigger but still one bed
