Where do I begin! Rooms were so dated. Staff at the pool bar were the most unhelpful, unfriendly people.
The Spa was not open for the whole of our stay and we were not told this at the time of booking so feel we were totally misled. We chose this place for this purpose. We should have not been charged as much if we couldn’t use this facility.
Bedding caused an awful allergic reaction on the first night to the point we had only sheets for the remainder of our stay. Hotel restaurant was only open for selected times and hotel bar would only accept charging to the room.
TV guide on TV did not work and there were no USB charging points in the room. Walls and ceilings had marks.
Hotel wanted to charge $30 per night for parking despite having a huge empty car park on site (many other hotels nearby do not charge) free on street parking is available in abundance literally just outside!
