Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Sunday, Nov 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Nov 10th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Nov 10 and Nov 11, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Monday, Nov 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 11, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Free Cancellation is free any time before check-in date. If you do not check in or cancel by then, no refund will be given by property.

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.
