Positives: Absolutely nothing. This place and its staff are garbage.

Negatives: Everything. The place is filthy and unkept. No where near a 4 star. It?s more 2.5. Dirt walls. Filthy carpet. Crappy beds. No room cleaning. No glasses in the room. Holes in the floor of the carpet. Lying staff.

Positives: No breakfast was available. The dining room was closed the entire time we were there three, three days. The bar was open from I think 4 to 8. They had no food available.

Negatives: The hotel was very deserted and had no amenities other than the pool open. We Did have valet parking and the staff were extremely nice. The desk employees seemed very nice but unable to really change the conditions of the hotel. Our room was overlooking a roof. It actually had chairs on the balcony as though anyone would sit there looking at the roof. The ice machine on my floor was broken and I had to try to find the one on the first floor, which was ridiculous. There are just no amenities to enjoy other than parking, and the hotel is in need of renovation. The hallway on the second floor smelled so bad clearly needed urgent treatment.
