It was a disappointment

The pool area was filthy the next morning. The staff did not clean the pool or the area around the pool. There were dirty towels and no clean towels. I spoke to the food and beverage manager who was in charge of the area and didn't seem all that concerned. The rooms need repairs. The bathtub is chipping. All and all the staff was really nice. Manny the bartender was very nice and made excellent drinks. It was embarrassing because we invited 2 other couples and they said they would stay here again.
