I booked the room and realized it was for Oct 1-2 but I needed it for oct 2-3 which is tonight. I contacted when I realized the error after booking but still have not gotten a response so I'm sleeping in my van thanks..........wonderful customer service!!

Had Roaches, Air Conditioner did not work well was just blowing air did not have cool air at all, had two Ice Machine and both of them did not work when I asked about the ice machine, I was told that the maintenance people had went home already, T.V. did not work I called the office and one lady came to the room and looked at it and she could not get it to work either she did ask that she would check to see if there was another room available but by this time I was so I irritated I said no thank you, No Microwave, Would not stay there again.
