The location is just perfect walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Nice pool area and friendly professional staff. The rooms do need some updating a little more attention to detail in the cleaning but overall we really like this property and have stayed many times.

Room was nice, and had all the amenities. It's a perfect location without the main strip price. The hotel is less than 100ft from the main strip in Palm Springs and right next to Marilyn Monroe statue. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean rooms with easy access to the street but lots of privacy with keycard-locked gates and fences. The pool is decently sized and really deep on the far end (9 feet) which is great for swimmers. I stayed there on Labor Day weekend (peak travel time) and it did not feel crowded or excessively busy. The location is really great for walking around the strip for shopping and partying.
Negatives:
Room furnishings feel a bit old. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless otherwise requested. The ice machine in our section of the building was not working during our stay, so we had to trek to the other one whenever we wanted ice.
