Cancellation Policy

After Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

This hotel requires a deposit which will be charged to your credit card shortly after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property will send check-in instructions to guests after booking, please be aware of this message. Please note guests traveling with pets are subject to an additional fee of USD 50 per pet, per stay with a maximum of two pets.
