Travelodge by Wyndham Palm Springs

Negatives: At first glance, the grounds looked very inviting, but as I went on a walk, I realized the grass was not grass, but bull thorns and stickers. There were a lot of homeless people looking around the parking lot at night and checking out cars. They also used the pool to bathe then and let their dogs swim in it. I did report it, but nothing was done so I did not use the pool. My room was, absolutely filthy and disgusting. The maids do not really clean the rooms, they do the bare minimum to get it ready for the next guest. There was blood splatter all over the entire room, bathroom and vanity area. It was on the ceiling and on the walls, it was obviously from drug addicts using needles. There was even blood from smudge marks of fingerprints. The sheets weren’t clean. They also had old dried blood in them. It was disgusting. They don’t even wash door jams or anything where Dirty hands, touch or anything. The room is decaying. The carpet was wet and smelled like urine. The owner’s really do need to do a walk through of each room, assess the damage and make the proper repairs! None of those rooms should have the remnants of the previous guest.

Negatives: To start off the front desk employees are so rude and not helpful at all. First room they sent me to didn’t have a working door. The whole property is old and unkept but the least they could give me is a room with a door I can actually lock.

Negatives: Little

Negatives: The beds the door that looked kicked in. The cigarette smell in the pillows. Pet piss smell everywhere. Do not go here.

Negatives: I paid a deposit and there is NO REASON I should not have gotten it back. Thus far I have seen nothing about it being returned.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: the indian guy on reception is the rudest man on the -planet. Could not care lss that I am disabled

Negatives: All the digital messages, all the time, not customer friendly, rules & regulations, you are at holiday and they constantly border you with messages and warnings. Want you peace, do not register mail or your phone. They overdoing things...

Negatives: The bed was not comfortable it would squeak every time I would move. The pool was not too clean it had some bugs and grass.
