Made reservation/prepaid for non smoking room. Upon arrival-no one available to check us in-out for lunch,come back. Came back and was told no nonsmoking room avail. Insisted Id reserved nonsmoking and must have it due to health. Was told they only had one NS but had no heat in the room. The man waiting in line behind us finally offered us his NS room which means he mustve had one with heat?? We took the last room (& extra blankets offered) but it was a chilly room. No coffee pot, etc. it was disappointing to have reserved and paid for a room to arrive and that process to basically have been meaningless upon arrival. Not sure will stay at another motel 6 in the future.

Either the rooms that I rent lately have no heat or the room has no air oh and the rooms have roaches and that's makes me very uncomfortable to sleep wondering if a bug is running across me as I try to sleep and I don't want the bugs to get n my bags and I bring them home with me that's not good also the flooring is pulling up and I've tripped over it many times

I was denied a room because, the handicapped room i reserved did not provide me with my special request of a refrigerator and microwave. I was asked to pay more for those request. Although; I agreed to pay extra for refrigerator and microwave, i was told maintenance was not there to put special request in room. I was told by attendant because I have a knee injury I was a liability, and they could not allow me to stay at their Motel. So, I was turned away.
