Room was clean and had all you needed, pool was nice, location good. Beds were little stiff and pillows were not good even though they had different ones to use.

CHARGED ME 20$ FOR PARKING!! AT CHECK OUT. ASKED ME HOW I GOT THERE?? BY CAR OF COARSE! THEN PROCEEEDED TO TELL ME IT WAS A20 PARKING FEE!! PARKING WAS UNDER GROUND AND TERRIBLE FOR ME ON CRUCTCHES. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGIAN!! MANY OTHERS IN TOWN WITH OUT SUPPRISES!!!

My room was not cleaned after staying 2days. I did not have enough towels for four people. I had one soap.in my parfait there was a hard piece of plastic and fruit flies were flying all in the pastries. I told the waiter but he did nothing about it. The eggs are nasty. On the second day of breakfast the plates and utensils were empty. The toaster was giving out burnt bread and no one knew how to fix it. It was horrible. I almost fell over towels on the floor because you need to request your room to be cleaned. But you still pay the same. Shame on you.

Both the AC and the mini-fridge in the room sounded like heavy tractors, asked support to the hotel staff and they did nothing other then pretending to send maintenance staff to “have a look”.
Super basic breakfast buffet for 30$/person while other chains offer the same for free (branded waffle, fruit, eggs and sausage…and you need to help yourself for the coffee)
Despite being a hilton honors member, noone made me feel welcome. First and last time in this hotel

Breakfast was very confusing. I was under the impression I could buy breakfast for $20. I paid $35 for one small croissant, 2 spoonfuls of oatmeal with no fruit because it was already gone. Seems unacceptable
I stayed on the 4th floor and in the evening and throughout the night there was a sound - I called it the 4th floor dragon - of some enormous machine staarting up and running for about 5 minutes. It would do thlis every 20 minutes which made it difficult to sleep.
