Negatives: The booking was screwed up - the second booking in a month that got screwed up by booking.com. We specifically requested a King. The hotel said they had no record of it. I showed them my booking.com confirmation. they didn't care. they tried to put us in a King on a floor under construction as an accomodation. total joke. facilities sucked, pool was out of service, front desk help didn't even know this. location is run down. Hilton hotels are a low level cut-rate hotel. they are NOT 4 starts as advertised.
