Positives: The ease of registering and parking. And it was close to our needs.
Negatives: The cleaner smell of the room too strong of a scent. The AC was difficult to regulate and a little noisy. What was the worst was the rattle of the fridge and I use silicon ear plugs and even those could not lessen the noise.

Negatives: Breakfast was very poor compared to the price. At the same price in other Hilton hotels you get better options so I expected to get the same. Asked for some run out items in the room, after 3 times they were not sent we just gave up and managed without.

Negatives: The booking was screwed up - the second booking in a month that got screwed up by booking.com. We specifically requested a King. The hotel said they had no record of it. I showed them my booking.com confirmation. they didn't care. they tried to put us in a King on a floor under construction as an accomodation. total joke. facilities sucked, pool was out of service, front desk help didn't even know this. location is run down. Hilton hotels are a low level cut-rate hotel. they are NOT 4 starts as advertised.
