Very good
Positives:
The person who checked me in was excellent! His customer service skills were superb! I forgot my toothbrush and he gave me a new one with some toothpaste. The location is about 15 minutes to the VA.
Negatives:
The smell. It smells like old cigarettes, just old carpet that holds the smell. Please change the carpets… It triggered my asthma really bad coughing my lungs out and fighting for my inhaler. I opened the window to let some fresh air into the musky room. The sheets were pretty clean except for a stray hair and some fuzz, which wasn’t mine. I hope they change and wash the sheets each time someone new comes to stay.

1. Tv did not work in room 2. Phone had no number to get a hold of front desk 3. Breakfast should be specified that it is not continental 4. Hotel workers staying in the hotel hanging out outside laughing, talking till late, 5. Parking should be specified you need to come in through the exit

Positives:
Staff were so helpful. Loved having a full kitchen (these are legacy and not oresent in every room) and a much bigger than usual fridge. The staff went out of their way to p4ovide ehat we needed. Bottled water was provided at the office. While the property was dated and the exterior.needs a coat of paimt, thr value was incredible.and we had wverything qe needed. Very comfortable!!
Negatives:
Could have used more electrical.plugs.
