The new menu at the bar. Very disappointing. Caesar salad had way too many croutons. The burger had two very thin patties rather than one larger one. No flavor or texture. Cauliflower soup was very greasy and not heated through making it inedible. The server, America, became argumentative and defensive when we expressed our dissatisfaction. A simple “I’m sorry you were unhappy.” Would have been fine. Instead she went into long explanations and justifications. The rest of your staff at the front desk, Janeen, Tiffany, and Carl, were, as always, superb in their attitude and performance as well as just plain nice! We always look forward to seeing them. They are the real heroes of your staff!

Nice stay but be prepared...

The bed was very comfortable. Hotel was extremely close to the luncheon we were attending.
Negatives:
Check in was difficult. My name had been changed, so it took time to find the reservation.. One employee seemed very rude, but the lady with all the braids was a true angel. She solved half a dozen problems with great kindness. Your young lady running the bar/cafe that evening was just delightful plus food and coffee was delicious.

Stayed 2 years ago and was quite dated. Major improvement after renovations carried out. Great location!
Staff friendly and courteous.
Negatives:
A few simple things. Instead a polystyrene cups, China mugs would be better. Probably a kettle instead of a very cheap looking coffee dripalator. Spoons to stir milk and sugar. Also was there for 5 nights and only had 2 tea bags. Housekeeping only replaced towels and emptied bins. As I said - simple things. These make a difference.

Costumer service. The worst experience. Got charge twice for Tax when I already pay them by booking and still got charge without my authorization. I use my card with them to pay for Parking and that's how they got my info to charge me for tax when everything was pay already.
