We asked for a ground floor. Wife has bad hips and back. We were booked upstairs. Not good. Thinking of going to other hotels / motels. This has happened twice.

Was made to wait 40 minutes in reception at 6pm to check in so the staff member could have a break, the maintenance man sat at his desk staring whilst we waited. Very odd, 5 people tried to check in during this time. No Wifi and we had paid the most for this hotel on our trip than anywhere else, small room, dirty and stunk! Tried to rectify all this morning but no one available to talk to other than the unhelpful ‘’maintenance man”

Worst stay ever! I won’t...

Nothing the staff was very impolite and rude nobody was in the office every time I went there or they were in the back just talking and laughing
Negatives:
Once I got there they said the ac and heating wasn't working and they said that it would be up and working the next day and if it wasn't they would refund me me half of my money back back I didn't get my refund and I was there for 2 days with no heat and no ac I will not be staying at that this motel ever again and I would not recommend any body to stay at this motel
