It was amazing!
Positives:
Friendly staff, able to have our dog with us. Location was close to an excellent Mexican Restaurant and other food options. Was located for easy access to the wine tasting area. Nice breakfast

Room was not cleaned unless you requested. High charge to have a pet and oet area needed work. Bathroom was old and had broken parts with shower barely working. Toilets are very low!

We did not have the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable, with nice amenities. Bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The walls are very thin, the location is on a main thoroughfare a block from a major freeway. This results in continuous traffic noise well past when the door-slamming and even casual conversations in the hallway which could be plainly-heard through the thin walls quiets down…. to be followed by all the noises of perhaps dozen guests preparing for sleep. In six-channel surround sound. After a bit we decided to have fun with it, and played “Name that Noise”. Bath room-door opening and closing ran at a 2:1 ration to toilet-flushing, with ran at less than a 2:1 ration for bathroom doors opening and closing.
It’s noisy. We didn’t care, we were exhausted.

Lack of communication between booking.com and hotel details on room description where not accurate. Our room key didn't work and worked for another hotel guest they literally unlocked our room and almost walked in had I not latched the door. In the confusion of our room only have one bed for 3 people, we requested a rollaway bed, and to say it was disgusting is the least it had a huge, very obvious soil stain. The only good thing was the housekeeping staff and a spanish speaking gentleman who was very helpful and polite other than that I won't ever be staying at a Best Western hotel ever again.
