Positives:
The room's size was excellent, and the kitchenette was good. It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Figuring out how to get the shower to work, given the lack of information on how to switch from bathtub faucet to the shower head, which involved pulling on a metal ring of sorts, and which never got the water to flow out of the handheld head, was frustrating.
The room layout was poor. The TV could not be viewed from the couch, and it could only be viewed from the bed at an extreme angle.
There were only two USB ports to attach charge cords.
The carpet was old an worn, the patterns showed where the most traffic was. For a Hilton, I was extremely disappointed. I travel frequently, if you want my business, you need to step up the work on the facilities.

This was a very nice hotel in a residential area. It was clean, safe, quiet, spacious, had comfy beds, great staff, a nice breakfast. We were going to see a show at the Concord Pavilion, and it was pretty close (there's nothing directly next door to the Pavilion). I was happy with our stay and the extra security measures they took at the hotel.

Positives:
I really liked the breakfast. They had overnight oats and chia pudding every day which I loved! They also had different dishes each day in the hot buffet. Coffee was good. One of the better hotel breakfasts I have had.
Negatives:
My only complaint about the room was that the TV was in an awkward position. It was on a wall on the side of the bed (king studio room) and it pivoted out to face the bed or the living room. It was not in a good position for either to be viewed well.
