Positives: breakfast was ok

Negatives: The front desk staff and manager, Wendi and Sofia, did not fulfill their commitments. Despite their assurances, we were placed in rooms far apart due to overbooking. Throughout our stay, we attempted to resolve the issue, and they initially promised a discount, but no follow-up occurred. The entire experience was stressful, and communication with the staff was challenging.
