The room was nice, and the bathroom was clean and updated. However, there was NO hot water, and I did not discover that until I went to take a shower the next morning. I was in a hurry to get on the road, so I did not have time to stop at the front desk to complain.

Our television did not work in the room we called several times to try and get it fixed nobody ever showed up we were out of shower gel in the shower we asked for more nobody ever showed up was really they only clean the rooms every other day and left us two towels for two days two washcloths and two hand towels had to ask for more of those they finally brought them about 3 hours later overall it was just a very poor experience the staff was not helpful at all and the cleaning people could not even speak English or understand it

Room not ready when we arrived T 5:00, supposed to be ready at 3:00. Didn’t get into room until close to 6:00. No bath towels in room, no body wash or soap. Had to use shampoo!
