Loud guests, between 12-15 spending many hours on the hallway, talking, listening to music, cooking on portable bbq, and drinking. Swimming pool was advertised but it was closed (covered with tarps)

There was no breakfast unless the manager forgot to mention it. Location was ideal
Negatives:
The pool was down for the season, meaning until next year? Upstairs guests were outside their room partying, smoking and drinking. The bed springs would pop. No shampoo in the bathroom. The room rate of $111. Per nights is way too much.
