The staff was amazing, extremely polite, helpful, and respectful.
Negatives:
The iron and ironing board. The iron was broken in Room 527. Water profusely dripped over everything. I had to wear another outfit due to the water dripping over my outfit and limited time to ready myself.
The ironing board looked as if it was for a little kid, extremely too small and too low.. Other than this, our stay was superb.
