The day staff

I had 2 rooms booked for 3 guests. One room for 2 adults sharing and one for a solo guest. The room for our solo guest cancelled for the reason that payment had failed. However, we were supposed to pay on arrival and the sharing room booking was unaffected so that was a bit of a mystery. Neither the hotel nor booking.com did anything to notify us of the cancelation. There was a big concert in town, so demand for accomodation was high and my guest was anxious they might not get a room. When they were able to rebook they were charged at a considerably higher rate that had been previously agreed on the original booking and what's more, his room was disgustingly unclean. Blood stains, pubic hair, torn sheets, general grime, sticky floor, the list goes on. It was appalling and most unwelcome after a days travel. I have several detailed photos to evidence this. What's more, the premium bill he was lumbered with was for a twin room but he ended up with a double which didn't justify the cost. He managed to get moved to an alternative room but it experience really negatively impacted our trip and was an experience that would lead us away from wanting to book a Motel 6 again in the future. I also got charged twice for my room but that has already been refunded. All in all, a poor experience

Close to the freeway. Lots of places to eat and shop less than 10min from motel. Seemed quiet safe and drama free. In other words boring, if that's what your into. Little bit too slow for me. If you got the family 10. If your looking to mix it up it gets a zero.

It was all good, only complaint nothing interesting happened.
