Due to several flight delays we were over 4 hours late. I called the reservations department each time I was updated with the delays ans notes were put on my reservation. My sister arrived about 1.5 hr before me for her reservation and she spoke to the front desk and let them know we were coming soon. Each time we were assured there would be no problem. When we finally arrived to checknin we were told our room was given away and the hotel was sold out. Horrible experience.
