Construction was working around our room. I had to request a new one. If youre gonna book someone for a week, maybe put them in one of the nicer rooms.

When I booked the room i left a note saying i needed a ground floor room as I have problems with stairs. I've had 2 heart attacks. When I arrived i was told they had no ground floor rooms, i told them I had requested one at time of reservation bcuz I have problems with stairs. I took the room on the second floor no one offered to help me with luggage. It took me close to 45 minutes in my room to catch my breath.
Then Christmas morning I got into my shower and in 2 minutes all hot water was gone and I had to finish in freezing water. Than on December 26 i woke up and went to the bathroom to find all the water had been turned off for approximately 3 hours. Something i think should have been mentioned at check in. I have stayed at this property almost 20 times and usually everything is great. Very disappointed that nobody is reading the notes left at time of booking and disappointed that when put upstairs no one offered to help with my luggage even after being told i have problems with stairs.
