I was in room 218 and the air conditioning sound like a bird was stuck inside and chirping all the time. WE requested a new room earlier in the day and did not receive one until almost 10 pm. And was not sure if we were going to get a new room. It should not take all day to get a new room.

Positives:
I stayed for one night for a solo getaway, Mother's Day gift. The location was very convenient with restaurants, shopping, and the freeway nearby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The TV had streaming services enabled. The blackout curtains made the room pitch black in the afternoon, which was amazing for a mid-day nap. The free breakfast had a lot of options and lots of seating.
Negatives:
My room was on the second floor, with the lobby on one side and the pool on the other side so it was noisy until around 10:00 p.m. There was no hand soap in m room so I had to get it from the front desk.

the rooms are huge and could easily fit 4 people comfortably. i liked the free parking and easy location.

don’t get a room that faces the parking lot; the sun shines directly in and the curtains don’t really block out the light. i could also hear conversation from the room next to me; the walls are pretty thin :(
