Location and the cold AC on hot summer day.
Negatives:
I booked 2Q bed but end up with 2Q bed frame with 2 double mattress. I was told 1pm appt for cleaning room. I left (12:30-2pm) No one came. I went to ask. They said their system was down. Info wasn’t there. They promised to come take out trash and give new towels. Never came. I had to call around 8pm. They finally showed up.

The lobby was hot, the elevator was broken, the upstairs was hot, except for the rooms were cool. The carpet looked worn, this hotel needs an update badly. And there was not enough staff to accommodate the people the head handyman was terrific, however.
