That the lazy river was closed and that they placed us across the street from the pool and when you have kids and have to cross the parking lot and facilty carts don't have light in and your children almost got ran over was an issue don't get me wrong they moved us the next day

There was a system issue with Bookings.com and Omni, and our 2-night reservation was reduced to just 1 night. No one resolved the problem for us, and we had to bear the consequences.
Then, when we got into the hotel room, we found bed bugs. In short, it was the worst trip ever.
