The staff treated me like I was family like I was a part of the community even though I was from out of town. I felt almost at home. I really appreciate that.

The heater in my room didn’t work and it was in n the dead of winter. The space heater they gave me blew a fuse and took out the phone lines and the blanket they brought me was ripped and had blood on it. They wouldn’t comp the room even after all of this.

Bed was broken and room heater did not work. Given new room ask for shower chair for handicap wife did not get one tv in room didn't work. Went to get breakfast was told that I could not take anything back to my room for my wife.
