Negatives: AC/Heat thermostat did not work. Constantly blew cool air. Had to turn off because room got cold. Refrigerator/Freezer was turned off and was flooded with water. Big mess

Negatives: No elevator to second floor

Negatives: The room had a mildew odor just slightly leaving the smell on my clothes

Negatives: Needs a facelift, getting a bit tired and a bit low rent!

Negatives: I was surprised that even though this is a huge hotel, they could not give us two rooms next to each other. I asked several times over the days prior to the stay and called twice the same day letting them know I would like that and that I would be arriving late but was definitely coming. I had even prepaid for the two rooms. During the last call, the individual said there were two right across the hall from each other and he would give those to us. I was very happy about that but when we checked in, they said someone must gave given those rooms to someone else. The best they could do was give us rooms on the same floor but about 5 rooms away from each other. This was the first hotel on our trip that could not put us together. Then their sprinklers were broken so when we parked we had to trudge through lots of water to get our bags into the hotel. The parking is a little dark and secluded when arriving at night as we were given a room in the back of the hotel. They stress that they are not responsible for things stolen out of your car so make sure not to leave anything there. Did not make me feel very confident about our safety in the parking lot.

Negatives: This place is in dire need of an update. It’s clean but very worn around the edges. It also had that “old” smell. Breakfast was included and was the usual except both the coffee and OJ were watered down.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The room was not cleaned and many things were broken (e.g., room key card kept failing, door to balcony didn't lock). I wrote off most of the issues as the hotel was short staffed due to the fires.
