Negatives:
Breakfast. I'm not really sure why, but the lady cooking the food poured TONS of oil into the skillet (literally cups, plural, when a few tablespoons is enough) and essentially fried the scrambled eggs in it. Made my whole family sick. The staffmember was super nice and seemed to be doing her best, but oily eggs do not taste good coking back up. Even less fun for a 2-year-old.

After checking in, we notified the desk clerk that we couldn't turn on the room television. He immediately dispatched a staff member to fix the problem. The morning complimentary breakfast included a "made to order" omelet. Our ground floor unit was very quiet and comfortable.

Loved the personalized options at breakfast. Also, my room was perhaps the cleanest I've ever had! I carry Clorox Wipes and wipe down everything - the door jambs, light switches, chairs, edges of tables and the sink counter, even the vents of the a/c unit! Other than the vents of the a/c unit, the room was immaculate and I was most impressed!
Negatives:
The ONLY complaint I had was the vents of the in-room a/c unit were VERY dirty: lots of black residue.
