This review is for the excellent service by the hotel. I showed up and they told me there was a maintenance problem but that they had booked me at a nice nearby hotel, fully comping me. Stuff happens and they handled it with class. 5 stars.

Negatives:
Our room was right near a noisy exit gate and staircase. A few loud people coming in late night then woken up by rolling luggage in the morning. iPod dock in the room had an outdated hub that did not fit my iPhone 12. A few hairs found in the sheets but probably the housekeepers because otherwise they looked clean. Bed too springy so did not sleep well. Overall the hotel seemed outdated. I have stayed at more modern upscale hotels for less than we paid ($177). I recommend to stay in an exterior room to possibly avoid extra noise or request one away from stairs and gates.
