I loved the hotel and my family will gladly return again. I recommend it 100% excellent service and delicious breakfast

Breakfast was o.k. But we liked very little as this was not indicative of other Hiltons we have stayed in in other countries.
Negatives:
Everything. No mattress protector on the mattress . Old brown scratched furniture, stained carpets. The shower pad drain was blocked so had to be very careful the water didn't overflow onto the bathroom floor. Cheap bath towels, poorly equipped kitchen and we were in a suite. I had the feeling this hotel is used for military personnel. Very poor standard of guests. We were to stay 7 nights but left after 2 nights and our new hotel was 1000 times better in comfort, ambience, quality of the whole place.

The staff are the worst thing you might experience. I entered the room and there was no water and one I requested a bottle of water, the Reception said only water will be provided for the hotel loyal members??
During check-out I met different team, for sure not best that the check in team. The staff missed basic things about Hospitality

Really good breakfast, I wasn't expecting that much. There were plenty of choices and the staff was really helpful.
Negatives:
You could hear the noises from other rooms easily. Beds and pillows could be more comfy Everytime you step outside of the hotel building you get the smell people smoking right by the door. Considering the families traveling with kids, breakfast hours could be extended little bit.
