Just right for my needs: clean, basic room that is convenient to the highway. This was a quick stop on my road trip. I appreciated that a fridge, hair dryer and ironing board were included. (I don't recall if there was a microwave - sorry!)
Negatives:
This was not a problem for me, but there is not an elevator so be sure to communicate with the Redwood Inn in advance if you need a ground floor unit.

Room temperature was not appropriate for this time of yr. Thermostat could not be regulated to make the room warmer. 54 degrees outside and room temp 67 degrees. Too cold. On going problem at hotel.

Staff responsive and proactive, the cleaning manager was very responsible for my jewellery that I left it in the room, she kept it in the bag and locked it in lost and found. I also liked having laundry close to my room.

I paid extra for a king size bed and they did not have that on the reservation. I am also now having to dispute a $100 charge from the hotel. The security hold on my card went through.

The hotel has a very good rating but I'm guessing for location and price? Initial room was good size but had a terrible odor from the HVAC system. Needs regular maintenance to be rid of odors. Motel exterior dirty. Minimal Maintenace by landscaping
