Negatives:
At first she told us that she didn't have any one king bedroom available so she will give us a suite that was great. But when we went to the room and open the door someone was already in the room. The hotel staff went to that room and I don't what happened, she just give us another room she she never apologized to us. She give us another key to a one king bedroom so that was weird, she told us she did have any. So I wonder if she did it on purpose.

We did not like this hotel as the women staff member we were dealing with was extremely rude and in no way helpful. We had an awful experience here.
