I love the location of the hotel. It is a minute walk to the Food Lab and Arcade next door. Plus the bars, clubs, and, restaurants are all about 5 minutes away from here. The hotel is very clean as well as having friendly employees.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very kind especially since I'm disabled. Made sure we were comfortable our whole stay and gave us extra toiletries, no questions asked. The breakfast was good and filling and seemed to be made fresh. Loved that there was free coffee in the lobby and drink tickets for a free beer daily. Parking was taken care of for us. We loved how comfortable the beds were and how big the rooms are as well. Everything was perfect!
Negatives:
Nothing! Or at least nothing the hotel could control. Currently theyre working on construction but thats out of the hotels hands.

parking was poor during construction.
But the lady working the front desk was very sick and coughed repeatedly during our stay. She wore a mask and gloves but she was very sick and even though she had gloves, she took mask off and coughed into her glove. Then touched the keys and everything else. I mentioned it to the mgr the next day in a nice way but was totally ignored.

We were put on the second floor and whoever was on top was making a lot of noise. We did have ear plugs but only one set. We had to valet because there was construction being done in the parking structure.

The parking lot was under construction which forced us to park across the street in the Food Lab parking structure. We also had to walk through the Food Lab just to get to the hotel each time we left.
