Positives: Literally nothing, awful.

Negatives: Everything was either broken or didn’t work, and staff wasn’t really willing to help. They would say it is what it is, you booked the room. So basically saying whatever room had was what I payed for and that shouldn’t include the tv not working, or restroom smelling really awful. Wasn’t able to sleep since the room was right next to the dryer and washer room.

Positives: The toilet wouldn't flush so I went to the office. They told me there was no maintenance to fix it, so they changed my room.

Negatives: Before I went to the office to change rooms, I did try to call the office for like 10 minutes and got no answer. I wasn't sure if it was fixable. Though so I had to take all my stuff.
